Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing

- Provide compassionate support and interventions for patients experiencing acute distress or behavioral challenges
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies
- Ensure patient safety through environmental assessments and adherence to facility protocols
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
