Travel Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Greensboro, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
• Weekend rotation required

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and conditions to ensure each receives the highest standard of psychiatric nursing care
• Analyze medical histories, diagnostics, and present state to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as part of a comprehensive care process
• Reconcile and maintain accurate medical records, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions to meet care objectives
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Fulfill other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum of one year as a registered nurse; one year of clinical specialty experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with psychiatric and behavioral health protocols is a plus
