Schedule/Hours

• 7:00pm – 7:00am (nights)
• Weekend rotation required

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and ensure individualized psychiatric care
• Analyze patient histories, diagnostics, and current states to create care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor outcomes
• Ensure precise record reconciliation for compliance and accuracy
• Respond proactively to patient needs, updating care plans as required
