Schedule/Hours
- 7:00pm – 7:00am (nights)
- Weekend rotation required
Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and ensure individualized psychiatric care
- Analyze patient histories, diagnostics, and current states to create care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor outcomes
- Ensure precise record reconciliation for compliance and accuracy
- Respond proactively to patient needs, updating care plans as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
