Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact State
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse (1 year in psychiatric/clinical specialty preferred)

Experience & Skills:

• Background in psychiatric or behavioral health settings highly valued
• Strong clinical judgment and experience with individualized care plans
• Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and deliver direct psychiatric nursing care

• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records
• Continuously evaluate patient responses and communicate new interventions as needed
