Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) in Atlanta, GA

Deliver compassionate care and make a meaningful difference by providing rehabilitation and long-term care nursing services. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN who is passionate about supporting patients on their journeys to recovery and enhanced quality of life.

Schedule:

• Rotating weekends
• Shifts vary, scheduled any day Sunday through Saturday

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings
• Skilled in managing and monitoring patient care plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Current certifications in BLS/CPR

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in rehabilitation and LTC
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide skilled nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care needs, treatment plans, and progress
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Ensure patient safety, rights, and dignity at all times
