Schedule / Hours:

  • 32 hours per week
  • 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
  • 4 days a week, every other weekend rotation

Unit Details:

  • Adult neuro/stroke rehab unit
  • 30 bed capacity

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year rehab or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adults recovering from strokes and neurological conditions
  • Collaborate with therapy and medical staff to create comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
  • Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care needs and goals
  • Champion patient safety and promote a therapeutic environment
