Take your professional journey further by working in a dynamic rehab and long-term care environment. You’ll be assigned to a 30-bed adult stroke/neuro rehabilitation unit, where you’ll collaborate alongside seasoned clinicians, develop your expertise in neuro-rehab practices, and gain exposure to advanced patient care technologies. This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking to diversify their clinical background and enhance their résumés by working with multidisciplinary teams and learning from varied leadership styles.

Schedule:

  • 32 hours per week
  • 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
  • Four shifts per week, including every other weekend

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care preferred
  • Strong knowledge of adult stroke and neuro-rehabilitation protocols
  • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive care to adult patients recovering from stroke and neurological conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changing conditions with confidence
  • Administer medication and rehabilitation interventions as prescribed
  • Foster supportive patient and family education throughout the recovery process
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
