This position is based in an adult neuro/stroke rehabilitation setting, supporting a 30-bed unit where compassionate, evidence-based care changes lives every day. Schedule/Hours:

  • 32 hrs/week
  • 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
  • 4 days a week, every other weekend

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid and active RN license
  • Minimum one year of experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Experience with stroke or neuro-rehabilitation preferred
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Current BLS certification

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to adults recovering from neurological events in a 30-bed rehab unit
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on post-acute care needs and rehabilitation goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
