Schedule/Hours:

• 32 hours per week
• 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• 4 days per week with every other weekend required

Unit Highlights:

• Adult rehab unit with 30 beds focusing on Stroke and Neuro rehabilitation

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Rehab/LTC settings, stroke/neuro experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for stroke and neurological conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document observations
• Educate patients and families on recovery, therapies, and health management
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff
