Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) in Decatur, GA

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in rehab or long-term care settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and care planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Schedule:

• Rotating weekends
• Schedule varies, covering shifts Sunday through Saturday

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies and ongoing care
• Document clinical data, interventions, and care outcomes accurately and timely
• Participate in patient rounds and care conferences
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment for all individuals in your care
