Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) - Honokaa, HI

Schedule/Hours:

• Varied 8-hour shifts:
   - Days: 0730-1530
   - Evenings: 1500-2330
   - Nights: 2300-0730
• Includes weekends, holidays, and possible OT rotation
• No guaranteed hours or shift preference

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments and provide treatments
• Administer medications and communicate updates to MD/NP
• Oversee both admissions and discharges
• Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Manage gastrostomy and urinary catheter care
• Deliver nebulizer and CPAP care
• Provide wound vac management
• Handle additional duties as assigned within the rehab/LTC setting

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Hawaii license required by start; apply upon offer if not already held)
• Experience in rehab or long-term care preferred
• Competency in the duties listed above
• Must arrive the Thursday before your start date for mandatory employee health appointment
