Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) in Laupahoehoe, HI

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour varied shifts
  • Days: 07:30 – 15:30
  • Evenings: 15:00 – 23:30
  • Nights: 23:00 – 07:30
• Includes weekends, holidays, and participation in OT rotation (as required).
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license; Hawaii state license required by start date (must apply upon acceptance if not already held).
• Previous experience in rehab or long-term care settings preferred.
• Must be able to arrive the Thursday before start for a required employee health appointment on Friday.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and notify providers as necessary.
• Provide ADL assistance and specialized care (gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer, wound vac, CPAP).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
