Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) - Paauilo, HI

Schedule/Hours

• Varied 8-hour shifts: Days (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM), Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Includes weekends, holidays, and potential for overtime rotation
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Communicate pertinent updates to providers (MD/NP) as necessary
• Assist with admissions and discharges for residents and patients
• Provide support with ADLs, gastrostomy tube and urinary catheter care, wound vac, CPAP, and nebulizer treatments
• Work closely with the interprofessional team to deliver holistic, compassionate care

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active RN license (Hawaii license required by assignment start; apply upon acceptance if not yet acquired)
• Previous experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care nursing
• Ability to arrive the Thursday before the assignment for required health appointment
• Adaptability to flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends
