Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver general nursing care district-wide within school environments
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to students with diabetes, including carb counting for young children
- Collaborate closely with school nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Support students who require vent and trach care (experience or certification highly preferred)
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN licensure with strong experience in diabetic care, especially in pediatric populations
- Previous experience working in school nursing highly preferred
- Vent and trach care expertise or certification is a significant plus
- Bilingual abilities highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse student populations
