Your weekday schedule allows for work-life balance and predictable hours.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Demonstrated expertise in diabetes management, including carb counting for children
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy certification or experience highly preferred
  • Prior experience providing nursing care within a school setting is strongly desired
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general nursing support across multiple school sites within the district for TK-8 students
  • Manage day-to-day care for students with diabetes, including insulin administration and nutritional guidance
  • Provide support for students with additional medical needs, following physician and individual care plans
  • Conduct routine health assessments and respond to student health concerns and emergencies
  • Collaborate with district and school-based nurses, faculty, and staff for optimal student care coordination
  • Maintain accurate student health records and ensure compliance with all school health regulations
