Make a meaningful impact supporting students and staff across a district-wide educational setting. This contract opportunity requires an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, skilled healthcare to students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Strong background in diabetic care, including carb counting for young children
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience or certification highly preferred
• Prior school nursing experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver general nursing services district-wide, responding to the diverse needs of TK-8 students
• Administer daily care for students with chronic conditions—especially diabetes management and education
• Coordinate closely with other school nurses and staff for comprehensive student support
• Assist with acute medical needs, medication administration, and routine health screenings
• Maintain accurate health records in accordance with district policy and regulations
• Provide training and support to staff regarding student health needs as needed
