Travel Stepdown Unit Nurse (RN) in Arvada, CO

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Recent experience in stepdown, progressive or intermediate care settings
• Strong knowledge of drip titration and acute patient management
• Excellent assessment, time management, and documentation skills
• Ability to float to other departments as needed within the facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for progressive care patients
• Perform independent and delegated nursing and medical functions per state standards
• Monitor, review, and document therapy and treatment plans in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive therapies to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consult or refer patients for further evaluation as appropriate
• Promote safety and uphold organizational mission, vision, and service standards
• Flex to various departments and participate in on-call rotation if required
