Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, substance abuse issues, and encephalopathy
• Administer and monitor Heparin drips according to protocols
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families
• Maintain meticulous documentation and patient records
• Respond rapidly in emergencies, following hospital and unit-specific procedures

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent RN experience in stepdown or intermediate care
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and bedside manner
