Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) - Azle, TX

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit preferred
• Proficient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to stepdown unit patients
• Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and detect changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies according to protocols
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members in developing and updating patient care plans
