Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30)
• Every other weekend required
• 36/48 hour bi-weekly rotation

As a Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown, you’ll utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry, PCU, or Stepdown
• Active WV or compact RN license
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency using Meditech EMR
• Willingness to float as needed
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Valid driver’s license for submission
• Flexible to ratios that may fluctuate with census and operational needs

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for Stepdown patients
• Closely monitor patient status and report changes promptly
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Document accurately in Meditech EMR
• Adapt to dynamic workflows and patient volumes
