Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown units
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptability to new clinical protocols and EMR systems desirable

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in Stepdown and Cardiac Stepdown settings
• Monitor cardiac and vital sign telemetry
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
