Your experience should include:

• Minimum of 2 years recent Stepdown/Intermediate Care Unit nursing background
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
• Manage and monitor patients on heparin drips and diverse medication therapies
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
• Document and communicate clearly to ensure seamless transitions of care
