Stepdown Unit Nurse (RN) in Euclid, OH

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Stepdown, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Telemetry nursing
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and management of post-cardiac surgery patients
• Proficient in assessing, planning, and providing comprehensive patient care
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard documentation practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Flexible contract assignment with full-time hours
• Rotating shifts (days/nights) and some weekends may be required
