Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, including monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven experience in stepdown or telemetry nursing preferred
