Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care in Stepdown and PCU environments, monitoring patients requiring close observation after intensive care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop patient-centered care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, utilizing critical thinking and advanced clinical skills
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health maintenance

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
