Desired Qualifications:

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care to adults with acute and complex health conditions transitioning from intensive care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and manage emergency response situations
  • Provide patient and family education for transitions within the continuum of care
