Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid RN license
• Strong background and recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
