Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care setting
  • Proficient assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proven reliability with shift coverage and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning between intensive and general medical units
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, respond promptly to changes, and implement physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate patient care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocols
  • Provide clear patient and family education regarding care, procedures, and ongoing needs
  • Accurately document care provided and patient responses in electronic medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a safe, organized workplace

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
