As a Travel RN specializing in Stepdown and Progressive Care (PCU), you’ll work in an environment known for patient-centered care and collaboration. Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, full-time hours
• Rotating shifts (days/nights may be available)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care (PCU)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and protocols
• Excellent teamwork orientation and a flexible approach

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit settings
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient-centered care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, changes, and interventions
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and current evidence-based practices
