Role Highlights:

• Collaborate within a medical stepdown unit serving 16–20 beds
• Patient ratio: 1 nurse per 4 patients
• Deliver care to individuals experiencing sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive crisis, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, T2DM, substance abuse, status epilepticus, encephalopathy
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to advancing quality patient outcomes

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of stepdown or related acute care experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Confidence managing multiple patient diagnoses in a fast-paced setting
