Working in a progressive 32-bed stepdown unit, you’ll grow your skills by managing more acute cases, including the administration of drips and intermediate care. Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible in Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in stepdown, progressive care, or intermediate care nursing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• Competency in managing IV drips and acutely ill patients
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable floating to units as needed

Schedule:

• Travel assignment (details provided at interview)
• On-call requirements possible during scheduled shifts
• Potential need to float to other in-scope departments

• Independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patients
• Manage health teaching, counseling, and restorative therapies either directly or in collaboration
