You’ll collaborate with forward-thinking leaders and teams across multiple Intermediate Care and telemetry units, enhancing your resume and expanding your skill set with each unique assignment.
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position
- Float to all PCU/IMCU floors with cardiac populations
- Minimal requested time off
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience in a similar sized acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Confidence with cardiac monitoring: STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, Cardiac Protection
- Skilled in managing cardiac drips: Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Professional, badge-appropriate photo required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care to a complex cardiac patient population on both PCU and occasional telemetry beds
- Handle patient ratios of 1:3-4 effectively
- Collaborate and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams while floating to various IMCU/PCU units
- Document assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and patient needs
