Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of stepdown/PCU experience in a comparably sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong cardiac care background: STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, C/P
• Proficiency with cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
• Ability to float to all PCU/IMCU cardiac units and occasionally to telemetry beds
• Professional, badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care for cardiac patients across various acuity levels
• Manage cardiac drips and monitor patients for changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
