Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent stepdown or progressive care experience
• Prior experience in cardiac and thoracic post-surgery preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:
