Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Stepdown or progressive care nursing experience
- Strong proficiency in patient monitoring, ventilator management, and titration of IV drips
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
- Adaptability to rapidly changing clinical scenarios
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients requiring close monitoring, frequently following discharge from ICU
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing interventions based on evolving patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient management
- Administer medications, manage complex IV therapies, and perform frequent assessments
- Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care activities
- Uphold infection control standards and promote patient safety

$1,910 - $2,089/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
