Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required

- Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong documentation skills
Schedule/Hours:
- Contract position with variable shifts (may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on facility needs)

- Monitor and assess patients transitioning from ICU-level care, providing advanced support with quick response to changes in condition
