• Valid and active RN license
• Experience in Stepdown and/or PCU strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ever-changing situations with composure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients transitioning from critical care to general care, closely monitoring vital signs and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care planning and rounds
• Effectively communicate with patients and families, delivering updates and education as needed
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment
