Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent experience in Stepdown or PCU settings
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Comfortable managing patients transitioning from acute to lower acuity care
- Familiarity with electronic health records and relevant documentation processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dedicated nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and promptly responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans
- Effectively administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and evidence-based practices
