Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care/PCU
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Proficient in monitoring and managing patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong clinical assessment and time management abilities

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients requiring close monitoring post-ICU or surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Administer prescribed medication and manage complex infusions and therapies
