Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - Ozark, Missouri

Working in an intermediate stepdown (Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU) environment, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues, expand your clinical expertise through exposure to a diverse patient population, and strengthen your leadership skills alongside a supportive team. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift, 19:00-07:00
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• 13-week assignment
• Rotational weekends as required
• Orientation on days

Qualifications:

• Current RN license—eligible for or licensed in Missouri
• BLS and ACLS (AHA required)
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience with neuro/trauma, respiratory distress, alcohol withdrawal, insulin drips preferred
• Must be a team player; able to float to critical care and med/surg units as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neuro/trauma patients
• Monitor and document responses to interventions using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with ancillary departments for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families, advocating for patient rights and confidentiality
• Follow established safety and clinical guidelines
