Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with experience in Step-Down or Progressive Care Units
- Specialization or experience in Neuro nursing preferred
- Ability to perform NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
