Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts
• 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (or compact eligible)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• At least 1 year of RN experience; 6 months in acute care preferred
• Neuro/stroke care and intermediate/cardiac experience are a plus
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide provided)
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, create individualized plans of care, and evaluate outcomes
• Manage complex neuro and cardiac cases, including intermediate-level cardiac drips and stroke interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and act as a patient and family advocate
• Serve as a point of contact for care coordination throughout the hospital
• Ensure safe administration of medications and uphold high standards of patient safety and quality
