Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac life support
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
Schedule:
- Contract opportunity with variable hours (details will be provided during interview process)
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly assess and monitor patients who require close observation but not intensive care
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions and participate in implementing care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
- Accurately document patient information and interventions within the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care, recovery, and treatments
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and standards of care

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
