Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Stepdown and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Proficient with monitoring vital signs, managing cardiac drips, and providing care for patients requiring frequent assessments
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing care for acutely ill adults transitioning from intensive care
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and manage complex patient needs
- Collaborate closely with physicians, care teams, and families to create and implement care plans
- Document accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record system
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and their families regarding care protocols and discharge instructions
- Uphold all protocols, safety practices, and regulatory standards

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
