Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Weekend coverage as required
• Blocked scheduling dependent on facility needs
• Night shift orientation on days

Qualifications

• Current RN license (eligible for or licensed in Missouri)
• BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience, inpatient only
• Black scrubs required
• Flexible, positive team player attitude
• Ability to float as necessary to critical care or med/surg

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care for neuro, trauma, and complex medical conditions (26-bed unit, 3:1 or 4:1 ratios)
• Perform thorough assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient comfort and outcomes
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and compliance with all guidelines and standards
• Safely manage equipment such as Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, and BIPAP
