Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend coverage as required
- Blocked scheduling dependent on facility needs
- Night shift orientation on days
Qualifications
- Current RN license (eligible for or licensed in Missouri)
- BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
- Minimum 1 year ICU experience, inpatient only
- Black scrubs required
- Flexible, positive team player attitude
- Ability to float as necessary to critical care or med/surg
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care for neuro, trauma, and complex medical conditions (26-bed unit, 3:1 or 4:1 ratios)
- Perform thorough assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient comfort and outcomes
- Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and compliance with all guidelines and standards
- Safely manage equipment such as Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, and BIPAP
