This progressive care role places you at the heart of a fast-paced, 16-20 bed medical stepdown unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. You’ll encounter a diverse patient population managing conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, substance abuse challenges, status epilepticus, encephalopathy, and more. Working here will not only refine your advanced clinical skills but also diversify your experience with a wide range of patient cases.

• 36 or 48 hour contracts available

Qualifications & Experience

• Current RN license, in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in stepdown or progressive care (PCU)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Expertise with complex medical/surgical cases preferred
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Key Responsibilities
