• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing complex care plans
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and coordinate with healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and their families about care processes, recovery, and continuing health management
