Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) - Alabaster, AL

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with expertise in RN-Tele, RN-Med Surg, or RN-Telemetry for a contract opportunity. Schedule/Hours:

• Eight hours of paid orientation
• Next orientation begins in June

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Proficiency in Med Surg and Telemetry is essential
• Recent experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with a focus on telemetry and surgical/medical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient status, utilizing telemetry equipment and comprehensive clinical judgment
