Schedule:

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Flexible 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
  • Previous Telemetry or Progressive Care experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled in using Meditech EMR, PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tube management
  • Positive attitude, strong engagement, and exceptional critical thinking abilities highly valued
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Desired Experience:

  • Central line care and medication drips
  • Heart catheterization recovery and bubble study procedures

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, monitoring and responding to changes in patient status
  • Collaborate with physicians and multiple care providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans
  • Administer medications, manage complex equipment, and document interventions accurately
  • Champion safety and best practices in all aspects of telemetry nursing
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere for patients, families, and colleagues
