Essential Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license as dictated by state Board of Nursing
• Proven experience in Telemetry nursing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Flexibility to float between departments according to scope and organizational need
• Commitment to upholding high professional standards and compassionate patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent nursing functions and carry out delegated medical duties
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care
• Gather and assess ongoing health data to tailor care plans
• Deliver effective health teaching and counseling
• Provide supportive, restorative therapy and treatment—both directly and through supervision or education of others
• Refer patients for additional evaluation or care as needed
• Meticulously review, monitor, and document therapy plans in line with hospital/regulatory standards
• Promote the organizational mission, vision, and values
• Remain adaptable to perform other duties as assigned, including float or on-call shifts if required
