Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to quickly learn new protocols and charting systems
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with procedures as needed
- Educate patients and families regarding cardiac health, care plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards
