Key Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with at least one year of recent experience in Telemetry and/or Medical-Surgical units
- Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to telemetry alerts
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in Med Surg and Telemetry settings
- Monitor telemetry patients, recognizing and responding to significant arrhythmias or changes in condition
